A New Home

Yep, it's finally happened! Our offer has been accepted by the bank and the owners and we're in the process of starting escrow once our loan approval goes through. It shouldn't be a problem since we were pre-approved last year. They just need to run it again and we're way better off financially now than we were this time last year. Ibis had just been laid off last year. I'm so excited....I can hardly wait to have a place of my own that has 3 beds, 2 baths, a bonus room, backyard, deck and jacuzzi. So much space....... It will be so refreshing to actually have my scrapbooking stuff, cake stuff, Mary Kay stuff and everything else in my life in some semblance of order. I just keep thinking of all the possibilities and I just get so happy to imagine moving day. :) I'm excited that we'll still qualify for the tax credit, too. I'll definitely update once it's definitely official. Any prayers you can spare for our little family would be appreciated!
